A truly awful agent. After taking the flat in a disgusting condition with the assurance that we wouldn't have to clean it, when we left they held our deposit for three months over the issue. What agent could do to change your mind?
Richard lied to our faces several times in the office and is generally untrustworthy. He was always impossible to contact unless you went and found him at the office. There is very little they could do to make me use them again

Flat in poor condition, no inventory or other information to confirm so I expect I will pay for previous damage when I leave. Swimming pool access was advertised. This was closed for 6 months, then open for one week then closed for another two months now it is open... for two hours a day. ... Read Full Review

This is the worst agency ever, at the beginning of my tenancy they said the water service bill was included in the rent, then after I left the flat (in perfect conditions), they said It wasn't so they took it off my deposit, apart from that they charged me for “damages†and some mould ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
