I recommend the agent grudgingly. When I moved in the fees seemed average although I thought the renewal fees for doing nothing except your day to day job were outrageous exploitation of tenants

The fees that Alex Neil charge are very high, even in the current market. The renewal fee was the reason we moved out. They also charge a rather ridiculous \"administration fee\" when getting a reference, which amounts to ‚£60. They half this if you write a review on All Agents.
