Extremely unprofessional. Paid 500 Fee of Intent and an additional fee of 32� for my wife and myself for Right to Rent. All credit checks done and confirmed by Curran and Pinner. Then the landlord for some reason decides not to honour redecorating the property as originally agreed and walks out. ... Read Full Review

Comments on Agent Fees
Administration charges of £90 per person I can not see how that is justified. Also inventory check in of £138 when there has to be a \'check out\' as well. If estate agents are now charging for check in AND check out then the fees should be substantially lower for the process.
