About Priyesh
The legend that is our Branson-esque CEO Priyesh. From little acorns do great oak trees grow, and so it was that his brainchild OC Homes came to being over 15 years ago from the determination and drive of Priyesh.
Having worked as an estate agent in the East End of London from the age of 19, Priyesh compiled su
perb industry knowledge and his natural charisma led to him being made branch manager at a national chain. Eventually that passion to be the best led to him taking the leap of faith and opening OC Homes in Leyton with younger brother Amar by his side. The vast network of contacts he made over the years helped launch OC and establish a great foothold in both residential and commercial property services.
Fast forward to 2015, and Priyesh took another step to launch the company into a new global stratosphere.
OC Sports Management was born and Priyesh stepped away from the property side to focus on sports management as a registered football agent. His influence at OC Homes had never left as he brought in like minded individuals to help build a powerful team to lead the property side to greater heights while he pushed on to create a global presence on the sports side and grow the OC Group.
Today his vision all those years ago shines brightly with two offices offering industry leading service and boasting some of the best property people in the business. Not bad for a boy from East London.

I said yes, and was so happy I did. I loved the way he presented himself and how he explained OC homes approach. His presentation made perfect sense, and both myself and my wife were impressed. Just talking to Tony i felt I would click with OC homes.
Within a short while the viewings were coming in and it didn't take too long to get that first offer. I Remember Priyesh came and closed the deal. I was very happy, we were full storm ahead on progressing, and towards the end unfortunately the buyer had some health issues.
It was at this stage that OC homes showed their strengths, they acted fast and had the house back on market with reviews flying in, they were supportive with me and reassuring that we would get right back on track. I was nervous and worried but the team at OC always made me feel positive assured.
Nav went back and forth from my house helping with viewings, always reassuring me and remaining positive.
Eventually the perfect buyers came along and just in time. They found an amazing family who were willing to move in as a fast as I needed to move out. The team did an amazing job getting the sale over the line within the period of time needed.
I am thankful to Priyesh for always being an ear to listen to any of my frustrations, I am thankful for Tony for his amazing presentation and introducing me to OC homes being another ear I could talk to throughout the process. I am also thankful to Nav for the viewings he carried out and for negotiating on my behalf when getting the second sale over the line.
Thank you to all of the OC home team. As I was speaking to Amar he mentioned the reasons why he and the team are so passionate about what they do, he mentioned how they are not only agents who sell houses, they are therapists, who understand the stresses that sellers and buyers go through when selling or buying one the biggest assets they may ever hold. These guys are the real deal and they care, and it really shows.
I would highly recommend OC homes to anyone looking to sell their house, if I could tick 10 stars i would. They are a great team and all I can say is thank you.

Throughout the process, Priyesh in particular, was always so helpful and communicated well emailing and phoning whenever required.
We were always informed when there were viewings taking place and when the house sold, they made sure that solicitors were chased and we successfully sold it to another couple who i hope will love the house as much as we did. I would definitely recommend OC Homes.

At each step in the whole process, the OC Homes team came through with their commitment to excellence. Their negotiation skills were first-rate – they consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. They also went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of.
Throughout our journey, I was impressed how OC Homes demonstrated immense patience and understanding despite challenges working and coordinating with all stakeholders involved in the purchase - for example, consistently going above and beyond to assist with accelerating the legal side of the move. Whether I needed additional time for research or require more information on the property, they took it all in their stride. They went out of their way to provide me with extra resources and various options I could consider when deciding.
My experience was so positive during the purchase that I've now enlisted OC Homes to provide full management services of my rental property, which is a massive weight off my shoulders!

Can't fault OC Homes. Priyesh, Amar and Nav were fantastic from start to finish. So glad we chose this estate agent from the others available on the High Road. Amazing, professional, excellent, great communication and very efficient! I would definitely recommend and use One Click again! All 3 partners worked collaboratively to provide us with invaluable advice and management for the sale of our property. A buyer was found after the first weekend of viewings and at the best price. They worked with integrity and professionalism throughout the whole process, chasing solicitors etc. and our sale was complete after1 month of tenants vacating the property. Thank you so much.

A special shout out to Priyesh, Amar, Laiba, Paul and Jughurta were all exceptional from start to finish.
The photographs and promotion of the flat were first class as well as the calibre of tenants who visited the flat. They put forward a wonderful professional couple I'm really chuffed with.
Everything on the checklist was done with the upmost confidence and handled with care. I will 100% be recommending OCH to others and approaching them again in the near future.

Aside from offering a competitive commission rate, Tony from OneClick Homes has extensive knowledge of the local area, and many years' sales experience, which he used to market and sell our property at the right level. He was an excellent negotiator from the viewings stage (with great photos / video to constant availability) through to completion - with his good sense and patience being invaluable during the, at times, fraught conveyancing process. We couldn't recommend Tony highly enough.
