I would like to mention the promptness they had shown in servicing my concerns when I had guests over who stayed with us for a couple of weeks.

I have been renting out my property through them for over a year now. Most os the time I'm out of the country and do deal with all the issues with property for me. I can't thank them enough! Once when I was out of the cow country there was a leek in the roof and the agents kindly used their maintenance workers on the same day. I didn't have to come back and overlook the works either. Everything was done by them. The staff are very professional yet friendly and always willing to help, unlike most chain estate agents! They are also helping me to expand my property portfolio. Rinki has been very helpful and always does everything efficiently. Imran knows exactly what I'm looking for in a property and sends me potential great property investments. Queensgate Residential have a very good team and it is a pleasure to deal with them!
