A Big Thanks to everyone in the lettings team, but a Special One to Susie, Julia, Jackie and David, the agents I have had the most dealings with - for all their hard work, diligence and good humour in sorting out problems in flat throughout the years.

I would like to say how much confidence I feel when I know that Jason is in charge of finding a tenant for my properties. He is always very professional, helpful and his judgment is always right. If I ever phone and need to speak to him and he is out of the office he will always phone the moment he gets back.
I would also like to add that I have always found Suzie, Jackie and Kim very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. It is so nice to know there is such a professional team at Coopers.
If I met anyone who was thinking of renting a property I would recomend Jason every time, that is why I contacted Jason the moment my 2nd flat was ready to rent.

We let our first property with Coopers Residential. Their service was, professionalism and attention to detail was so exceptional that we decided to put our other rental properties in their hands and specifically David Head. David has played a great role in the letting of our properties and has always been quick, efficient and understanding of our requirements as a landlord. The has been excellent as have the backroom staff and in particular Susie Fishenden. We have no hesitation in recommending Coopers Residential to other landlords,
