From the moment we met Kris and the Ryder Dutton team - we knew they were the right fit to sell my mother's house. Their response to our queries was always prompt and detailed - and they made the process of selling the house extremely straight forward. Kris (and Shannon) went above and beyond in their service - visiting my mom at her assisted living flat to help her review and sign paperwork etc. when she couldn't get out. We would have no hesitation in recommending this team. Thank you - we really appreciated your professionalism, your friendliness, and your ability to navigate us through this process seamlessly.

Having not used an Estate Agent in 20 yrs we were concerned about how they'd view our unusual property. We found Lauren very efficient in dealing with the sale of our property and she took a lot of stress off our shoulders by her helpful phonecalls to our purchasers and solicitors in order to resolve any issues which arose. Kris did an amazing job with the photography and marketing my property and was very professional.
