Would give 0 stars if could. They are the worst agency I’ve ever dealt with. They take forever to deal with any issues in the house. Please avoid at all costs. Avoid this company.
They are extremely unprofessional, inattentive and irresponsible.
They are purely a business whose intention is to profit and their actions, or failure thereof, clearly illustrate that they do not care at all for the safety and well-being of the tenants of the properties they manage.
Their contact with tenants is utterly responsive and is conducted purely on their own times, the only time one can expect to hear from them is when they need something. They have failed to respond to and act upon complaints around issues with the property, issues with the behaviour of other tenants and complaints of illegal activity at the property.
The Estate Agents working for the company are rude, unhelpful and at times utterly incompetent. When they respond at all, they typically fail to address any issues raised with them and are extremely unprofessional in their responses. They would all benefit from some basic spelling and grammar lessons when constructing emails.
Overall, the experience with this agency could not have been more negative. From the day I moved in with them failing to send anyone to conduct my welcome at the property and to complete an inventory they have failed to meet even the simplest expectations.
If you value your time, money and well-being, avoid this agency at all costs.

They told me I couldn't get the property I was interested in because my history paper was not good
I went to the property I was interested about, and there was another person from another agency, who had paid four days before me for renting the property
They try to make you think than is your fault, but they just want money from you, and take it. And do nothing for you

We've been shown around properties with a lot of letting agents/property managers over the past few weeks and Tung was certainly one of the best. He was friendly, approachable, engaging and had an excellent knowledge of the area we were searching within (in our case this was Surrey Quays/Canada Water). We felt at ease with Tung and he was able to highlight the positives of his properties without coming across as pushy at all. In addition to this, Tung drove us to our next appointment which we were running late for which was really appreciated. If you're looking in the Surrey Quays area, definitely give him a call!

I normally don't do reviews, but the way JD Property Rentals (Justin Bessenger and Dillon Heger in particular) accommodated my needs down to a tee, is something worth mentioning. My company has expanded from Africa to the UK quite rapidly and as a result our Head Offices have moved to London. The two gentlemen running JD Property Rentals (flanked by their amazing team of agents) managed to source, secure and even assisted in furnishing a house which perfectly suited myself, my wife and our 18-month old son. This was done by them while my attention was pulled in a million different directions in getting my new company set up and get my staff sorted out. But the chaps didn't stop there, they even managed to secure a perfect Head Office location with their extensive knowledge of London's property market, as well as associated agencies they work with. Gentlemen, in a time where mediocre service delivery makes a mockery of us all, I solute you; and hail your management skills and service delivery to be second to none. Thank you kindly from the Rheeders.

I have dealt with J&D properties for nearly 8 years and have seen the company go from strength to strength. Justin knows the property market well and gives realistic expectations on rental income. The tenants J&D have found have been well vetted and I have not had any issues. Carly is also very easy to deal with and was extremely helpful in arranging for work to be carried out on the property. J&D are always the first call I make when renting my property
