MTM have managed my properties for almost 10 years. The properties have been consistently occupied and there is never any rent outstanding at the end of the tenancies. This company is pure evil. They take an extortionate amount of money and then leave you with a house that's falling apart and a myriad of issues for you to deal with. Any maintenance issues you have? What agent could do to change your mind?
It would have been great if they had actually done all the things they promised, and bothered to help fix our problems rather than ignoring us every time we emailed and laughing at us when we called.
