As property developer I have always found this agent to be extremely efficient in publishing details of our property,arranging viewings,advice on tenant suitability,completion and processing of tenancy agreements and timely statements and settlement with ourselves.
This has resulted in long term tenants occupying our quality properties maximising our occupancy and minimising our agency costs over the years we have used Jordan Fishwick in general and Julie Mottram in particular.

I have used other agents in Sale when letting my property & nobody comes near to the professionalism that Julie & her team provide. I have used other agents in Sale when letting my property & nobody comes near to the professionalism that Julie & her team provide. There are a lot of agents in the area who don't have her knowledge, experience, efficiency & are totally useless when it comes to giving that extra personal service. I can safely say that I will never let my property through any of these other agents, as long as I am a landlady, only Julie will let my property – I trust her 100%. Thank you for always putting me first!

I have used Jordan Fishwick to let the above property and dealt with Julie Mottram. I am an experienced landlord and in my view Julie handled to whole process very efficiently and always gave good sincere advise derived from her long experience in the field.
Jordan Fishwick's fees were very reasonable and compared well with other agents. Most importantly they were focused on providing good quality tenants.
Although I am not the most organised of people Julie was able to provide information for my records time and time again.

They have found the tenants so quickly that the last time I took it for granted there would be no gap between tenancies. Overall each tenant has been financially sound, very communicative, helpful at reporting problems, amenable, and responsible. The property has remained in suitable condition for me to rehabit, albeit with one or two localised issues, and this is the main thing to me. They know exactly the right rent to charge. The lettings and management side are both very communicative by phone or email.

The property has remained in suitable condition for me to rehabit, albeit with one or two localised issues, and this is the main thing to me. They know exactly the right rent to charge. The lettings and management side are both very communicative by phone or email.
On the management side, the accounts works like clockwork, and they are very efficient at arranging repairs with myself and their maintenance contractor. So they are reactive, but unfortunately not completely proactive; Their inspections will reliably verify things are fundamentally OK in the house, but the reports are one line long! So most maintenance items that are commissioned emanate from my visits, or from the tenant, which works OK. Garden maintenance does'nt seem to matter much. In fairness, because I'm particularly keen to upkeep my property, Jordans may spend more time than average organising maintenance for me, and because their fees only stretch so far, I don't mind processing and collating outstanding strands of maintenance issues myself.
