Both Sean and Steve were brilliant. We were first time buyers and really wanted to complete before the stamp duty deadline. Our solicitors were pretty awful at keeping us informed and returning our calls but CJ hole would give us courtesy calls now and then to let us know if the other side's ... Read Full Review

Both Sean and Steve were brilliant. We were first time buyers and really wanted to complete before the stamp duty deadline. Our solicitors were pretty awful at keeping us informed and returning our calls but CJ hole would give us courtesy calls now and then to let us know if the other side's solicitors were still waiting for something from ours which was really helpful. It was really nice to have someone on our side especially as we were new to the process. They were happy to answer any specific questions we had or general house buying ones and always really friendly and polite. If we rang and they were on the phone they would promptly return our calls despite the stamp duty deadline making it a very busy time for them too. Highly recommended I would definitely use them again.

Steve and Dave were very professional and patient in selling our home.The buyer was over cautious with an online slow pace solicitor which proved wearing.The CJ Hole staff steered a path through the obstacles and we eventually exchanged somewhat later than expected where at one stage it looked like ...
