Horlers best local knowledge, trustworthy, return all calls promptly and go above and beyond chasing solicitors and bringing the matter to a close. I recently sold through them and could not have asked for a more professional time from beginning through to the end.
They fitted viewings in at convenient times and tried to block viewings together making it easier on family life, during viewings they treated my house like a home. The selling fees are very reasonable and I would not have chosen any other estate agent to sell my property.

She was AMAXING from start to finish & everyone could benefit with having a 'Ella' working within their business. You can see Ella enjoys her job, always smiling & Ella was so passionate about helping me with buying my home & she genuine really cared & the whole process took me a week. I was viewing the property on the 4th & had the keys on the 11th March.

Ella was always immaculately dressed & always showed up on time & answered my emails & went beyond! If you are looking for a company to look after you from start to end, I would strongly recommend Holer. Even when I have been in the shop in person (twice now) you get a really happy vibe that the staff want to be there & that for me is a company I want to do business with in-fact so much so if I didn't enjoy my job I'd want to work for them in a heartbeat! What a fantastic family run business!

Horler are absolutely fantastic. They really know what they are talking about and give you the benefit of their extensive knowledge and expertise. They went the extra mile for me, more than once. they where engaged in the process from the start to finish, with regulator updates and concise information regarding the sale.
I think it’s important that the process is a smooth one and with These guys in charge that’s exactly how it was.
The marketing of our property was fantastic and the pictures in our instance really did it justice, great friendly staff (whoever you spoke to) always returned calls promptly.
I have dealt with estate agents in the past and the level of service I received from Horler’s is by far the best, I guess this is what you get when you trust in a local family business.
I wouldn’t hesitate to appoint them in future,in fact I will be actively seeking there services if i sell another property in the area.
Local knowledge is key in my opinion and these guys really have the knowledge of the local market.
Well done guys, and thank you .

Myself and my partner spent a long year living with my parents saving for our first property and as you can imagine we couldn't wait to start looking. Horler had exactly what we were looking for in the form of several stylish new builds at a very reasonable price. Richard was the first person that we spoke to at Horler and he was very swift in getting us to look round several available properties. Within our first visit we had chosen a property we could see ourselves in. Richard and the Horler estates team worked with our mortgage advisor to get all paper work going and gave us regular updates as to where we were at in the process. Leading up to he completion Horler were very accommodating to get us in to get measurements for furniture as well as another visit for some family visiting over from Ireland. Overall we were really pleased how easy the whole process was made by Horlers and overly impressed with how accommodating they were. A very professional service with a family orientated feel.

On first contact with Horlers to arrange viewings it was very easy to book an appointment and get email confirmations of those made. Throughout the whole process we dealt mainly with Carlie who is very good at her job, she is enthusiastic, helpful and did a good job talking up the potential (which was needed!) for the property we now own and are enjoying, whilst remaining calm and positive throughout the final negotiating stage with all parties including solicitors which was a very stressful few weeks for all. All the staff we dealt with either in branch or on appointments were friendly, approachable with nothing too much trouble, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Horler's for buying and although no experience of the selling side I'm sure that would be handled with the same level of professionalism and service.
