Julie is my current property manager for my BTL property, & like her predecessors at Newman's/The Property Experts, she has made being a landlord very stress free, which is no mean feat in the last few years. Nothing is ever too much trouble, everything is always managed ahead of time, efficiently & with ease meaning I can virtually forget about my property. I have other BTL properties across the country & none of my other lettings agents come close to the level of service, professionalism or care that Julie & the whole team at Newmans have provided me over many years. I would not hesitate to recommend Julie & The Property Experts 100% to anyone looking for a letting's agent.

I moved into the Property (94 Holbrook Avenue) in July last year. As this was a refurbished property it was almost like a brand new house. But we has a quite a number of issues . I moved into the Property (94 Holbrook Avenue) in July last year. As this was a refurbished property it was almost like a brand new house. But we has a quite a number of issues . But I must say the support we got from Caroline was outstanding.
Caroline is a dedicated agent for who we Tenants are very important. Every time I was contacted her with any issue she has 1st carefully heard me out and then take the speedy action on it. Even when she was out of the country she has replied to all my emails and got me help through the staff in Rugby. Caroline is a very polite person and her best quality is who she understands the tenants and works toward resolving there issues.
I am sure to recommend Newman Property Experts to all my friends and colleague.
