Katy and Danielle at Thomas Morris in St ives helped us through every step of the way making sure we were kept in the loop at all times and understood everything that was going on. Not only did we purchase from them we used there in house conveyancing team, we also spoke to Justyna who is there financial consultant who is amazing !

From our first enquiry everyone at Thomas Morris has been exceptionally helpful , from rearranging viewing times to suit us as we were coming from over 100 miles away to finding the answers to a whole range of detailed questions. Our viewing was conducted in a very professional and friendly manner by Dan who gave us space and time to consider the property and our follow up discussions were supported in a very helpful and realistic way by Katy. Since our offer the whole staff has kept us fully informed and we feel able to ask them for advice and support as the process continues.

I recently viewed a property that I decided to buy but I needed to get my property to market quickly. I contacted the St Ives branch and within 4 hours Dan had valued my property, taken pictures and it was on the market the following day. I was kept up to date about the viewings (there were 7 in total) and I sold the property within 1 week having had several offers. At each stage of the process the follow up was excellent, professional but yet personable. Justyna gave me great advice on my mortgage options as well as life cover without the usual sales pressure. All in all a great experience.

TM acted as the agents for the sale of our property. It had been on the market for sometime and they managed to get a good buyer. TM acted as the agents for the sale of our property. It had been on the market for sometime and they managed to get a good buyer. Unfortunately for us we had major complications with our solicitors with regards to buying our new house.(nothing to do with TM) TM didn't need to do anything re this but they stepped in and went above and beyond what we would have expected. Special mention to Katy (manager) and Jemma (after sales). These two were exceptional, both helpful and dealt with alot of issues for us.

Excellent communication and start-to-finish service. Having exchanged on our sale and purchase I'm happy to report that Thomas Morris provided an excellent service. They pitched our house at the right price, produced a very good brochure (under a very watchful eye), took care of every viewing and in particular, they managed to get us a timely sale above our guide price. They have communicated quickly and effectively throughout the entire process ensuring enabling us to make sensible decisions when dealing with offers (we were lucky enough to have multiple) and with other agents and solicitors in the chain. I would definitely recommend the team at St Ives and have felt in safe hands throughout.
