Very Good 100% Recommended I was searching for a home that was going to tick all my boxes, it had to be something that we all would be happy with. I started my search in April 2018 and was getting really fed up with the usual rubbish that agents would blab. Due to my catchment area Grants Independent ( Woking or Weybridge) were not listing my tick box properties. Finally Grants at Woking were instructed by clients to sell a property. This property was listed with another well known agent for over 4+ months but due to my sour experience and rejection of many good offers I was no longer going to give them the satisfaction to secure a deal on my back. So back to my experience with Grants independents. I noticed on rightmove the property had switched, so called up Grants and spoke to the managing director Gareth Styles and explained my position and we met at the property concerned within two hours of the call. Gareth was not too sure if I was a serious buyer but he realised quickly, that I was a straight talking person not going to waste my time. I emailed my offer to Gareth’s team that very afternoon on condition of another viewing. The offer was rejected and I bounced my last and final offer in and true to his word Gareth Styles worked effortlessly to secure a satisfactory outcome for myself. Gareth is one individual that takes pride and delivers very good customer service he will chase all parties, he has his finger on the pulse. He would reply back to my email after office hours. I have emails to prove, which I received back at 11pm that is customer service no pressure Gareth LOL. My offer was accepted Sept 2018 and we Moved Dec 2018. My review which I promised Gareth Styles has been overdue on my behalf which I was going to add has taken long time but believe me I don’t waste time putting reviews in but this guy Gareth Styles his side man Stuart Beauchamp and his team work very hard and as Buyer I was fully 100% satisfied. Well Done Gareth Styles credit also his very happy team not forgetting Saturday viewing staff members they know who I am, the madman from Sheerwater.

Grants Estate Agents have been very helpful during the sale of our property.
