I instructed Yopa to sell my home after deciding to change estate agents due to be unsatisfied with my current agent due to lack of pro activity. Josh (local Yopa agent, South Wales area) made contact with me and got the listing up quickly, working until late at night to get it up on time for the weekend. Within 24hrs I had a viewing and an offer, I then had another viewing and offer the next day and accepted the highest. Josh worked quickly and managed to get the buyer to increase his offer to one that suited my needs. Unfortunately due to covid the buyer had to withdraw, and we eventually decided to go part ex - but Yopa (Josh) was brilliant throughout and I would recommend them.

Please leave the price of these flats at the present amount until there is nothing at all for sale, in Burry Port , except these ! These will sell as a second C9vid wave is already being talked about so lots and lots of South Englanders will be running away from anything coming this way ! Soon ! Lol xdenise lucky Gillette but Still Drewett til I sell the flats please ? Ylrhanks again for asking for feedback. They're great and understand my impatience I hope. ?
