We recently moved to Franklyn James from another letting agent and have been very impressed so far. The team have been very proactive in getting the flat rented and our property manager Denisa has been particularly good - she is efficient and polite and we have had more productive communication with her in 4 weeks than we had with our previous property manager in 18 months.
