Good photographs and floorpan. My flat was marketed from August '20 to January '21. I had 5-6 viewings in that time. None of my buyers gave any feedback. I no longer lived at the property in question so paid for the viewings option. I could see from my Yopa inbox that viewing requests were being made and then ignored to the point that they expired.
