Coming from a property background, dealing with Northwood team has been a breeze. They have always been attentive and quick with responding to any queries or matters.
From Nikki first attending for the first consultation, again down to earth, transparent and had our best interests in mind considering our circumstances to then dealing with Joana has been nothing but a breeze and fluid transition.
Spoken to Joana on the phone a fair amount of times and every matter has been dealt with professionally and quickly. Joana is very approachable and easy to deal with and a credit to Northwood, along with the rest of the team!
As being a first time landlord would recommend the Northwood Doncaster team highly.

Have been dealing with the Northwood Team since putting an offer in and have found these agents to be absolutely refreshing compared to other local agents! They really go that extra mile to ensure that customer's needs are met in a polite, understanding and prompt manner, even when dealing with some last minute requests that were not entirely within their scope. The standout us has been Nikki who has sincerely made this an easy process, in what is usually a stressful time. Her understanding of our situation landed really well with us and we feel safe buying a property with her. Although we havent got to the final stages yet, I'm leaving a review now because I trust we will get there. Thanks all your support Northwood - Keep up the great work!

I am a property deal sourcer. I find properties investors. Northwoods in Doncaster is an ultra professional run company. Although I am looking at their service from the other angle you will not believe how much easier they make life me.
Let me explain. When I see a property, I have to take photos, make a report investors, work out the financials, get details from the land registry, find out the HMO Houses in Multiple Occupation details, the achievable rent in the area and comparable properties. It can take 46 hours.
Not with Northwood! Whenever they contact me about a suitable property it’s a blessing. All I have to do is view the property and when I ask the agent the relevant questions, they are all answered. Or at least I can send a bunch of questions to them and by the time I get back they are answered.
I would go so far as to say that no matter where in the UK you are, you simply cannot go wrong with this company. If I were to buy a house, they’d be the first people I’d contact. They’ll leave you shaken but not stirred.

This last month has been very hectic for us as we sofa surfed for 6 weeks then moved back into our own home after our long-term tenants moved on. The last 4 weeks have been busy getting our home back into shape.
With the sale of Joyford Passage and our other tenants moving out that means that I am fully retired from the rental business.
I finally have time to thank you and your team including Lisa for all the excellent work that you all have done over the years.
As a landlord and a tenant, I am fully aware that you have to balance the needs of both parties. You always succeeded in doing that when dealing with me.
I knew that you would give us the correct advice.
I actually won't miss the rental business! But I will miss doing business with excellent teams such as yours. Thank you for the service you all provided me. Send me best to the whole team and wishing you all a very merry Christmas.
