Recently ourselves and another couple were looking for a flat to share in the same area where we are all currently living. Comments on Agent Fees
The agent's non refundable fees were £150 per person for each referencing check [4 persons] and 1 admin fee of £150. Being our 1st experience of estate agents lettings we have nothing to compare to, so cannot say if this is good or bad.
