I am very surprised by the harsh reviews left for Crabtree. Having lived at Agate House, Percy Gardens for 28 years, I have experienced nothing but good service from them. I have unfortunately had to deal with this company for the last 7 years. Thankfully I have now managed to sell my flat and get away from them.
