About Bonita
Bonita has been a refreshing addition to the team who joined us over a year ago after working for a local Sales and Letting Agent. Bonita competently takes care of one of the most important aspects of Lettings, the collection and administration of rents. Bonita reminds tenants when their rent is overdue and always
keeps the Landlord up to date. In addition she maintains a good relationship with our contractors by always ensuring that their invoices are paid on time. Bonita has lived locally for over 15 years and shares her home with her twin girls and her partner.

I have been with Martin & Co for several years and have found Mo and his team great to work with. Mo and Carmine have never let us down in finding tenants, sometimes under a lot of time pressure. As a first time landlord renting my home out I was super nervous. I had very limited time to find a tenant and it took Martin & Co 2 weeks to fully complete the task of finding the tenant and them moving in.
