I am having to deal with bad tenants who are not paying rent. The manager of the office, Rutland Elms, has referred me to Adam. He is dealing with the situation superbly. The annual was brought in a few years ago. Adam was not in charge of my property but I'm sure when the time comes he will be personable I'm sure.
