The referencing process was straight forward but that was about it. We were reminded to pay promptly more than once, but when questions were sent back regards the tenancy agreement, information was limited and customer service (in my opinion) could have been better. As with all lettings agents, horrendous. Excessive amounts of money for (incorrect) email templates. My preference is to deal with a landlord directly. When letting agents manage the property, as well as the process, problems arise in my experience. A money making exercise minus the service.
