Belvoir recommended a cleaner to us for our end-of-tenancy cleaning. The cleaner ended up not doing a good job. Belvoir then took money from our deposit to pay for the cleaning. Agents fees are always more than the Landlord would desire. Belvoir I think are at the high end of the range in the area, but they can usually be trusted to ensure service and maintenance are to a good standard.
