I have been with Martin & Co for several years and have found Mo and his team great to work with. Mo and Carmine have never let us down in finding tenants, sometimes under a lot of time pressure. As a first time landlord renting my home out I was super nervous. I had very limited time to find a tenant and it took Martin & Co 2 weeks to fully complete the task of finding the tenant and them moving in. Carmine's help was BEYOND this WORLD. I have a few days and I mean (a week) to find a house that would take pets, that a liked, good location and etc, and he did the impossible to help us, and obviously I got exactly what I wanted before the dead line!
