It's the first time I've sold a house and was a vendor virgin, with no idea of any procedures involved. Gerry handled everything, I didn't have to do anything. It was all left in Gerry's capable hands. He was amazing, helpful and so professional. Also, very approachable, even for my silly questions. He made the entire process so easy. I can highly recommend him- not the stereotypical estate agent, most refreshing. A huge thank you Gerry!

I cannot praise Gerry enough, we went through losing a buyer near the end of the sale/purchase but Gerry did his absolute best to keep our purchase going. He went beyond what an estate agent is required to do, especially when he was only selling a property to us, he chased our solicitor endlessly, ... Read Full Review

He went beyond what an estate agent is required to do, especially when he was only selling a property to us, he chased our solicitor endlessly, our buyers solicitor, liaised with our estate agent and kept everything going. If we ever sell, I would only go to Gerry after such a positive experience. Always available or returned phone calls/emails promptly not like most agents and kept everyone in the loop at all times.

We bought a property through Gerry Taylor at Stags in Dartmouth. We found him to be very approachable and easy to talk to, and the quality of the advice he gave us as prospective purchasers was remarkable. We thought he dealt very fairly when negotiating the purchase, and he was extremely helpful in sorting out the issues arising from the survey. We would certainly use him again. Our view is that if one is interested in buying in the area, then Gerry is well worth having a chat with.

We had been looking for a place in Dittisham for some years with, for that area, a tight budget. First contacting Gerry on another property at the end of last year, we missed out due to the travelling distance and therefore delay in viewing. As luck would have it pretty much our ideal property became available in January of this year and we contacted Gerry at the Dartmouth office who helped us 'land the big fish' over the next three months. We always found him courteous and professional and with a 'nothing too much trouble' attitude. He had plenty of patience when dealing with the issues between vendors, customers and solicitors which are always time consuming, particularly when none of the parties are local. We would highly recommend using Gerry and the services of Stags to prospective sellers and buyers in this area. 10/10

Overall excellent service from Garry and his team.
The only blip occurred when we travelled from London to view the property only to find we couldn't get access - annoying to say the least, and could have been managed better. I believe Gerry was on holiday at the time. Otherwise, friendly, helpful and efficient.
