Patrick started his career with the firm in 1985 and from the start took a keen interest in the diverse range of services that the firm has to offer. Now head of the company's residential operation, Patrick is based at the Head Office in Ilkley and provides sales and marketing advice across the whole price sp
ectrum with specialist knowledge within the upper sectors. Married to Charlotte and with two children, Patrick is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Some agents may offer lower fees, but beware that you may get a lower asking price! It appears that some agents offer a lower valuation to shift the property quickly.
