The fees were very acceptable and within the fair market range for a property of our type and complexity. However, based on previous experience with other Estate Agents over many property sale/purchase transactions the fees from Robert Oulsnam and Company represented excellent value taking full account of the levels of service and professional support that we received throughout our dealings with Natalie and her colleagues.

The fees were very reasonable for the service provided. We were selling a house that was valued in the £550k plus bracket. In negotiating a fee for the sale - Ian Williams displayed a good degree of fairness and commercial awareness, which was mutually beneficial.
