Stay well away*.They had my business up for sale for over 3 years,When i had to sell the firm myself due to there incompetence they demanded a fee for being inept agent and threatened legal procedings.Read all the small print inthe contract and take no notice of the value they put on your business ... After paying Advent �834.00 as a contribution towards the advertising and sale of business, we had one suspected buyer in 2� years. Now the lease has expired we have found that we owe them �3,300. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
