I can confirm this is the same experience I had with Acquire properties.They have basically lied about the state of the house saying it wasn’t clean when I left it in a cleaner condition that when I actually moved in.They basically will do anything to keep your deposit,stating that the house needed repainting exaggerating the state of the house.Terrible terrible company I advise anyone wanting to rent with them to avoid them at all costs.I wish I had known they would be such liars and would ha ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
At least to show some respect and transparancy, If let was agreed about a property, state so, if not interested in a particular customer to mention the reason. If they are too busy to accomodate another customer, please say so. And over all, please do not take over good properties to just make them stagnant in the market, this is just unfair for everyone.Attached Filesnbsp;

- Communication between agents - Answer emails and return phonecalls - Follow up on maintenance problems - Give warnings for flat checks - Not charge such extortionate fees - Return deposits promptly - Learn how to speak to clients politely.
