Hi Nick, I know which flat you mean and I'm really sorry you had a bad experience. We do always try to keep our tenants happy and I can categorically say our intentions towards our tenants are always good. Sometimes we can't just replace appliances without having them checked first for faults and remedies. Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave this review even though it is terrible. The deposit release time for student houses is a difficult time for us and i'd imagine all agents. Cleans are a contentious issue and we try our hardest to keep all deposit deductions to a minimum as we know it causes upset to tenants and can change a happy tenant for the past year to feeling unfairly treated at the end. Our worst reviews come straight after deposit releases so we do realise it does not go ...

We do always put all information in writing to tenants so that there can be no misunderstanding of the terms or details of tenancies, and both the landlord and ourselves fully communicated with you at all times. Whilst I understand that you wished to change the terms of the tenancy to suit your personal circumstances, this is not always possible. Thank you for your comments, however we have not received any complaints to our office regarding this issue. All genuine maintenance items are addressed quickly and emergencies given priority. I'm sorry that you feel that your rent is higher than others in your development but no two apartments are the same and it was ultimately your decision on which one to rent. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
