Didn\'t have to pay any extra to renew our contract, not many agents have this facility. No check in fees either. Are upfront about their fees.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Taken the charge off as it is completely unfair and unnecessary. They shouldnt be charging anyone EVER for this sort of thing
