Total BS, ypu did not sell anything to anyone! It's all a well organised SCAM. After I submited to you the facade growing issues and concerns, as the show on ground floor keep on drilling holes on this flat's external walls to advertise his barber logo, you requested the 495£ deposit ASAP, knowing there will be no sale due to building issues.
