Hi Anthony, this was a long time ago. However I'll fill you in, in more detail. We rented a house from yourselves, we were then asked to vacate at short notice as according to the owner there was a dispute over money we were paying to you that they were not being given. The house was in a terrible state so we were quite happy to find somewhere else. Quite surprised you responded to this over such a long time... I can dig out the address if you'd like... ...

The owner changed management companies during my time there and A1 decided to keep the deposit I had paid. They didn't respond to either email or written correspondence about the matter, essentially stealing my money....

Both tenants and myself extremely disappointed in their service - or not in our case. Eventually had to fire them after months of complaining....

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
