Avoid this agency at all costs
They are so bad at pretty much everything. They never reply to emails, never answer the phone, will just put off every problem you have rather than dealign with it. A lazy company....

Hi Henry, to confirm the property you let from ourself was on a let only basis with the landlord managing the property directly. We had no involvement with the property post you moving in so we are a little perplexed at this negative review. ...
