Rented with Boulton and Griffiths for 12 months, they were easy to get in contact with when we had problems and very responsive to overcoming those problems. They failed to fix a leaky toilet for weeks, leaving the tenant with not only the sound of constant flushing water but an extreme water bill. Boulton and Griffiths were an absolute let down. The main problem, as I'm sure you'll find in other reviews, is their shoddy approach to communication.
