Incredibly greedy and intrusive letting agency. Deposits very rarely returned, additionally, problems are not fixed for next tenants moving in, so they can charge again! Students must avoid. Joiners, cleaners and fire check constantly turning up unannounced at irritating hours ... Read Full Review

They get the rent from you faithfully on time by direct debit, unfortunately when it comes to having your DEPOSIT repaid at end of tenancy that is when the PROBLEMS and LIES start, tenancy ended in June 2012, now 23 August 2012 and still no refund, rang agent end of July and was told the guy who ... I feel that the owner of this agency should take responsibility to the customer, they should have a better system of payment of refunds - online banking might help, another trusted member of staff who could deal with the matter if the person goes on holiday/is ill/on honeymoon!

8 Feb 2019Arranged a flat viewing with this company. Confirmed it a couple of days prior. After myself and my friend making our way to Dundee (from Glasgow) to view the property we were left standing outside...
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
