Very slow, communication isn't very good, never knew about a problem unless I rang, hardly answer the phone. Took nearly 6 week to get a place, which then was never made aware of the problems the house had....

Complaints Procedure

COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURE
If you have a complaint, this note sets out the procedure which the company will follow in dealing with that complaint.
1. A person has been appointed to deal with complaints and you should not hesitate to contact this person, whose details are shown below:

2. Where your complaint is initially made verbally, you will be requested to send in a written summary of your complaint to the person detailed above. Receipt of this written complaint will be acknowledged within five working days and a proper investigation will be promptly undertaken.
3. Within fifteen days of receipt of your written summary, the person dealing with your complaint will write to you in order to inform you of the outcome of the investigation into your complaint and to let you know what actions have been taken or will be taken.
4. In the event of the final review as detailed above, still failing to satisfy your grievance, then you are at liberty to have the matter referred to the Ombudsman for Estate Agents, for which information will be provided by this firm. You are also entitled to have your grievance referred should we fail to deal with the matters expeditiously, ie. within three months from the date of written notification to ourselves.
