We do remember these tenants. Unfortunately, some were disrespectful. Some of these tenants were not mature at all, in fact, immature, to say the least. They would argue, demand and complain even when their light bulb had to be replaced by themselves but my colleague would go out of his way even out of hours to replace a bulb.
They would even argue amongst themselves. Wasn't a healthy environment. ...

I believe a holding deposit was taken when you viewed the property which you agreed to move into. However, the holding deposit was refundable subject to you meeting the Lettings Manager and going through the full breakdown of the fees and charges. You had been provided with a copy of the full breakdown to take with you. If you were not happy about the fees and charges, the holding deposit could have been returned back without any deductions.
