They did nothing to improve a sub standard property
Blaming arrears that were being repaid, the property is not wind or waterproof with extensive damp.

They have some decent apartments in the West End which are kept well .. no problems so far .. happy tenant!

Got in touch with them whan looking for a room in Leytonstone. Terrible. An old woman made me wait for the boss who took me places. Holly cow! Rooms like after a bomb attack, filthy and disgusting for a price you can get a decent house share somewhere else.
