They have not passed on any rental money for four months! They are aggressive and unhelpful. They do not respond to emails (you can only contact via email). I agree - if they say there are administration problems they are lying! Do not use this service!!!!!

Youlet were fantastic to start with and found me a tennant within 2 days. I have now been waiting for rent money for nearly 3 months. They keep advising me to email the accounts dept and I have had no reply. I have just issued a lawyers letter to try and retrieve my money. I have also contacted trading standards. Iam worried sick. :-(

with holding rent payments, taken them to court and in the process of issuing sheriifs warrant to recover goods to the value of money owed

During my time staying here i have found it to be of excellent standard and they had very cheap administration fees.

Personally I have found no problems with this agency, nice staff who put my mind ease being a first time landlord!

Used agencys full management service to let out my flat while working abroad. Found tenants within few days and had no problems. Partner is now using them to let out her flat... so far so good!

Used You Let for a tenant find in May '08. It was let out in 2 days.

Excellent service, regular inspection and no nonsense allowed from late paying tenants. Recommended without reserve.

They haven't paid us (the landlord) for MANY months months. Pursuing the matter through the courts.
Note to any future victims. If they say its a fault with their BACS system or your account, they are LYING. If they issue you with a cheque, it will BOUNCE.
The absolute WORST people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

They are months behind in passing on rent. They are unreliable and unprofessional.

How are they allowed to do this ? Something needs to be done. The lawyers letter hasnt worked now having to go to court. I will be terminating my contract with them. I cannot believe how unprofessional this company has been. Please do not go near this company if you want to keep your sanity !

Good luck! Another note to future victims...don't bother with Recorded Delivery to 106 Hope Street...try 45 Hope Street, as for offices in Edinburgh, Ely, Cambridge..aye right!
