It's the worst lettings agency I have ever encountered!

Wooster and Stock (Wooster & Stock) are very poor. They have lost our banking details with signatures, made 2 incorrect invoices, incorrectly billed on 5 occasions in 18 months, overcharged above the direct debit signed and been made to write 2 written appologies to us.

They had to send a repair man 5 times in a month to fix a boiler and left an open gas pipe in the livingroom untapped - which could release gas into the room if stood on. Very bad service, terrible financal handling and unhelpful staff

Wooster and Stock has been very helpfull to me. They handled the paperwork quickly and very professionel. Thanks to Wooster and Stock, who found me a gorgeous flat, I am a happy London living woman now.

I would recommend people to use Wooster and Stock as their estate agency if you want a professionel, friendly and good service.

What a nightmare agency! Don't use them at all.

There are 3 of us who have moved into our flat and we were each charged £75 for reference checks and admin. The service we got in return was a total sham. We were told at 6.15pm the day before we were due to move that the agency still hadn't sorted out the references and so they were unsure whether we could actually move into the property.

We had given them all our details over a week in advance and had paid a deposit, holding fee and the first month's rent aswell.

Wooster and Stock said we would have to wait to see if the Landlady was prepared for us to move in seeing as the paperwork had not been completed and that we should phone the agency at 9am on the morning we were due to move to see if we could actually move in!!

Obviously we were very anxious and annoyed as we all had nowhere else to live and this naturally caused us a lot of stress and upset. Vehicles had also been booked for the move too.

When we discovered the next morning that the move was able to go ahead, we popped over to the office to pick up the keys. The agent was unfriendly, cold and didn't smile once. No-one showed us out or even said goodbye!!
Absolutley disgusting!!
