We used this agent to attempt to buy a house and I can only say, be wary. We offered on a house but they delayed submitting our offer, kept showing the house then encouraged another offer after ours. We felt that the person we first dealt with was very pleasant but seemed to be overriden by the manager. Getting answers to queries on the property was like pulling hens teeth and they never called back. We ended up getting gazumped.
