- Would you use the agent again? No
any one claiming housing benefit should keep away from these lot, they treat you like second class citizen. they show no respect, they mock you and lough at your question.
the staff and management team are extremely rude, they irritate me so much that i hate to go pass them honest.
i mean if you get housing benefit your paying your rent your not living there for free??
