   I have recently let a property with Wolfs and have not one good word to say about them except how quickly they are willing to take your money. They are useless at sorting maintenance problems that should have been sorted before I moved, they have still not fulfilled simple requirements which were agreed to in my contract (And signed for by them!), and when I call them all they say is that they will follow it up. They never return contact when they say they will, unless it is to collect money. I will never use this agency again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

   Wolfs did not provide good customer service. Wolfs did not communicate properly with me as a tenant. Wolfs charged a clean up fee at the end of the lease even though the apartment was left in a better condition than it was originally in.

   There is no chance of me using Wolf's again. I had to do all the work to communicate and even then nothing was done (maintenance call was never responded to).

   There are so many agencies in Birmingham, it is worthwhile to consider a different one.

   I used Wolf's to let a 3 bed house in Birmingham, not only are they useless at communicating with their tenants, but are just damn right rude. We had a number of issues to which they did neither care or do anything about. They allowed workmen into the house without our permission and also lost the key to the property - no doubt the workman kept it. I would strongly recommend not using Wolf's, I certainly never will.

   I have used Wolf's for ten years now and have always had wonderful service and great results. I have heard horror stories about other agents in Birmingham and am glad I found Wolf's.
