   Despite all of the other negative reviews here I found them very good and would happily use them again. Certainly better than the rest of the cowboys in the Bow area - but perhaps it's a london thing... They have been polite, shown plenty of potential buyers around the flat and given constructive and useful feedback. My only criticism would be that they seemed keener than I might have thought to lower the price to complete the sale rather than hang on for a better price, but perhaps in a falling market this is the right thing to do.

   Incapable doesn\'t even come close to describing the bunch of pen pushing, lying, thieving morons that are employed by the Bow Branch of WJ Meade. Not only are they incredibly and insistently rude and arrogant above their station but their incompetence extends to an almost complete lack of basic levels of human decency.

   I know Estate Agents aren't known for being 100% customer-orientated but as Estate Agents go I found WJ Meade to be fair, helpful, knowledgeable of the market and reasonably quick to help with most property issues though not always. Good overall.

   Absolutly awful. They make promises but then constantly make excuses as to why they can't deliver. Very rarely call you back, when they say they will. When making the deal to move into a property - the estate agent couldn't even remember his own lies regarding figures. They don't let you talk to the landlady directly. I'd never go back with them - absolutly dire, arrogant, incapable and make you feel uncomfortable asking for problems to be fixed.

   Would you use the agent again? No

   Horrible service. If you want to have trouble free/tension free service, don't go there. They will promise loads of stuff, but will never fufill. Most of the time, they will behave that they don't remember the promises they made or you are lying. keep away from them.

   Would you use the agent again? No

   Awful service. They make promises of installation of necesities (in our case a shower) and never comply with it. One excuse after another but general incompetence is the best excuse. Rude staff and arrogant not to mention idle. Even the landlady acknowledges their incompetence but is also tied into a cotnract with them. Be warned and stay clear of them.
