The worst agency-tenant relationship we ever had. Very pushy, only purpose is to make as much money as possible. Do not expect them to be there when you have a problem with the flat and get your deposit back.
Maybe it is just us having a bad experience with them but other tenants in the house seem to have a bad relationship with them also.

Very, very poor service. Not co-operative at all, even for the easiest of issues/cases. They screen calls to avoid dealing with people. Such a poor service and handling of business in general that I would not recommend Willmott's to anyone. I'm sure not all their employees are this unprofessional, but I would suggest avoiding the Hammersmith branch in particular. So very disappointed with the way they treat people.
