We instructed WB having had two previous prospective sales fall through at the last minute. Daniel immediately took up the challenge, and we had a new offer within weeks. The offer was not ideal, and Daniel negotiated actively on our behalf until we reached an acceptable price. From then on, and from our perspective, the progress to exchange was trouble-free, but I am certain that Daniel was working hard behind the scenes to ensure that this was the case. I have no reservation in recommending WB and Daniel.

We had nothing but trouble with these agents. They seem like nice guys upfront but have no idea how to do their jobs. We spent a week chasing up our own references and communicating with the mandlors (basically everything we were paying them agency fees for) only to be let down on the final day when we were meant to be moving in!!! I would recommend that everyone avoid these agents for their own sanity!!!!!

Having tried various other agents in the area who messed me around no end, I tried this company. They were both knowledgeable and professional swiftly finding tenants for my property and managing it competently thereafter.

I have used the Turnpike Lane office on two separate occasions. The staff are very friendly polite and always return calls. Would have no hesitation in recommending them. They are separately owned from the other office in Bounds Green

I was looking for a property management company to help with my properties, this estate agent helped me all the way, they even found tenants for me, they make everthing run smoothly, they make sure that my properties are well looked after. Highly recommend them.

Ignorant and selfish attitude.
Poorly informed & unprofessional staff.
I have subsequently found out that they run a "property development" sideline and are marketing some of their own properties without declaring an interset and no doubt buy from vulnerable prospective sellers to keep things ticking over
