Awful customer service, had no support during the tenancy regarding problems that occurred. Cleaned flat thoroughly, but still received a delay and reduction of my deposit. All they seem to care about is how little work they do and how quickly they can get rid of you.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

OMG! So many desks and only one person at the branch! This place has become poor in the last few months. Would never use them again. I used to rent a place two years ago and the staff were amazing with my search and aftercare, boy have things changed.

Would agree with the above reviewer. Unfortunately, my experience matched entirely. Staff seem to change weekly and no-one really seems to have much of a clue.

Wow! What a wonderful service, the staff have always been so helpfull throughout my tenancy. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Southampton area.

Shockingly bad service - feel like I want to ring my landlord and tell him not to waste his money on them!
